She was a nurse and nurse practitioner for 38 years, dedicated to the caring for children and their families at Children’s Hospital London Health Science Centre. When she retired, she continued to support these children and families by volunteering with the Service League. In her retirement she stayed active with curling and golf at Highland Country Club and swimming. She also enjoyed reading, quilting, and playing bridge and mahjong, traveling to many different places in the world, and watching hockey (Knights & Habs), spending time at the cottage with the kids was one of her most treasured times. She was a very caring person, and her love and kindness will be greatly missed.
