Ada, Wendy, Earlene, Jaleel, Kadan, Darren & Family,
Daddy and I were so sorry to hear about your loss. We will remember Claude as a loving father, husband, grandfather, brother, uncle, friend and a loyal servant of Jehovah God. He had a great sense of humour and an inviting relaxed manner. In spite of his health concerns, Claude was always ready to offer a helping hand, share his thoughtful insights, impart advice, counsel and encouragement, always with the best of intentions. To me Claudie was like an uncle and I will continue to think of his ready smile, and hear his contagious laugh. Even though 4.5 years his senior, for my father, Churchill, Jake (Claude) was one of his very best friends from childhood onward. What a beautiful gift Jehovah bestowed when he drew, not only Claude, but his close-knit circle of friends and they became Jehovah’s Witnesses; brothers. There have been periods of time when many kilometers or circumstances physically separated these "brothers", yet their love for one another never diminished. We know that Claude's family finds comfort in the knowledge that Claude's name is inked in Jehovah’s book of life, as do we. Claude has faithfully completed his course in this old system. Now we hope to follow his good example and once again continue with our family get-togethers. Next time in paradise! With Love & Agapè, Churchill and Crystal

To all family I send my deepest sympathy and warmest Christian love. May our dear heavenly Father Jehovah be with you all over the days, weeks and months ahead as you all come to terms with this loss. I had the honor of meeting virtually Claude during the early months of the pandemic all thanks to ancestry and as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, I wrote to as many connections on Ancestry as possible. To my surprise to hear that Claude who was my father's 2nd cousin is also one of Jehovah's Witnesses was a highlight and thrill I'll never forget. Since then I have gotten to know my extended family from Nova Scotia and in Canada. I send all our love from my family and yours to you all all the way from Scotland.

Sincere condolences to Ada, Wendy, Earlene, family and friends of Claudie. From his early life growing up in Weymouth Falls, Claudie, in his gentle way, was always ready to help, even trying to teach me as a teenager to jive. He has left the legacy of a full and well lived life and sleeps with the promise of a resurrection.
