Hi Stuart. My condolences to you and Rae in the loss of your Mom. I hope you are doing well as I I have not seen you in maybe 35 years. It’s strange that as I walked by your old house just the other day, I thought of you and your Dad. Again, my sympathies to you and your sister. Feel free to call when in town. Maybe we can do lunch.
