Obituary of Vern Jorgen Jensen

Vern Jorgen Jensen, born on January 31, 1931, passed away peacefully at Foxhollow Retirement Home on Friday, April 21, 2023, in his 93rd year. Vern is survived by his wife of 58 years, Violet Jensen, and was the beloved father of Chris (Barb) and Dawn (Jim). He was a loving grandfather to Rachel and Kayla, and brother of Karen “Sis” (Brian). Vern was predeceased by his brothers Frank "Teddy" (Dianne) and John (Franny). He will be fondly remembered by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews. Throughout his life, Vern loved golf and horses, and often spoke of his dear friends in the Navy. He fondly remembered his life on 10th concession Biddulph Township. Cremation has taken place, and at Vern's request, a formal service will not be held. Interment will be held at Littlewood cemetery in Middlesex Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations to Ilderton Legion branch 531 or the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
