Obituary of Rena Labelle Wood

Peacefully, in London, Ontario on December 15, 2021, in her 99th year. She is survived by her children: Kenneth (Judy) Wood; Nancy (Bev) Chapman; Bonnie (Don) Harris; Kevin (Patricia) Wood and her Sister-in-law, Marie Wood. Loving Grandmother to David, Stephanie, Jeremy, Sabrina, Brandi-Lyn, Shawn, Jarrett and Mitchell. She was also an adoring Great-grandmother, Great-great-grandmother as well as Aunt and Great-aunt to many. Rena was predeceased by her beloved husband, Kenneth Wood (2005) and her dear lifelong friend, Gerald as well as her parents, Gertrude and Thomas Yearley, her brother Edward (Thelma) Yearley, her sister Audrey (Austin) Boland; and her Brother-in-law, Dunny (Marie) Wood. Special thanks to all the staff and caregivers at Kensington Village. Rena belonged to the Ladies Auxilliary-Duchess of Kent Branch, in London for many years. She loved playing cards with her friends, gardening, and was an avid supporter of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Blue Jays.
