Obituary of Kevin Michael Curtis

Kevin Michael Curtis (Born April 12, 1960 in Portage La Prairie, MB) Peacefully at University Hospital in London, Ontario on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 in his 61st year. Beloved son of Valerie Hanley (William 2002). Dear father of sons Devon and Austin of London. Crazy brother of Robin McConnell and Pam Curtis-Meeker, step brother of Kerry Floyd (2020). Nephew of Ann and David Phillips and cousin to Michelle, Gwen, and Drayson. Kevin will be missed by his many nieces and nephews; Amanda, Carrie, Seth and Riley, Korey, Kelly, Karly, Kodey, Kolby and Kassy, Ryan and Jennifer. Kevin also had many great & great-great nieces and nephews who will miss his crazy, warped sense of humour and facebook antics. He loved you all dearly. Kevin was an avid fisherman with many fish tales he loved to share, along with the catch of the day. Kev will be missed by his Motley Crew of friends and his chair at the round table will be sadly empty. Kevin worked at LHSC for over 30 years and made many long lasting friendships up to his retirement in 2019 and beyond. His family appreciated the great care he was given while in hospital from staff and his co-workers. Thank you! Kevin’s mom and sisters are indebted to Kevin’s friends for the amazing support and comfort given from them. This great group were instrumental in keeping Kevin positive and motivated during his hospital stay. Finally his smile, terrible jokes and cat videos will be missed by everyone he shared them with. Goodbye old man from your friends, family and all the women who loved you.
