Obituary of Chad Anthony Clarke

It is with great sadness that the family announce the death of a beloved son and brother. Chad was born September 5th, 1976 and was 41 years old. Much loved son of Bob and Carolyn. Dearly loved and missed by his brother Craig. Chad was especially close to Uncle John, aunt Darlene and cousin Carrie Mills of London. Also, uncles Derek (Debbie) Clarke of London, Chris (Heather) Clarke of London and Todd (Grace Ann) of Clifford. Also, sadly missed by many cousins. Predeceased by both maternal and paternal grandparents. Cremation has taken place. A private service will be held for immediate family only at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 2001 Dundas St. E London.
