Charlie proudly served in the Navy and lived an eventful life filled with stories and adventures. He was known for his sharp wit, candid nature, and unforgettable personality.
He enjoyed travelling, playing euchre, dancing, bird watching and spending time with animals. A devoted animal lover, Charlie volunteered with the Humane Society and cared deeply for pets and wildlife alike.
Charlie lived life fully and left behind many memories, stories, and moments that his family and friends will continue to share for years to come.
Our family extends heartfelt thanks to all those who cared for him with kindness and compassion, especially his dear friend Pam. We also sincerely thank the staff at University Hospital for the care and support they provided during his final days.
